IncuCyte S3 Live-Cell Analysis System

If you do not have an active NUCORE account, contact the ANTEC Director.

What to Bring for Your Analysis

ANTEC does not provide disposables or small equipment (pipettes) for your experimental needs. ANTEC will provide storage for the materials you bring in, including limited space in refrigerator and freezer.

Equipment Specifications

The IncuCyte S3 from Essen Bioscience allows for real-time automated analysis of cell health, morphology, movement and function during the entire life of the culture.  It acquires and analyzes research data for multiple researchers simultaneously, combining information-rich analysis with ease of use, convenience and throughput of microplate assays. The IncuCyte design allows for time-lapse analysis of cell cultures, which are stationary in the physiologically preferred environment. The IncuCyte features remote network control and unlimited free software licenses.

At ANTEC, IncuCyte users have access to cell culture facilities designed for the production of antibiotics-free cultures.

IncuCyte is applied to a variety of live cell monitoring assays including viability, differentiation, proliferation, migration, invasion, neurite outgrowth, and more.
