Description
The CFX-Connect real-time PCR detection system from Bio-Rad offers two-target analysis for SYBR® Green/EvaGreen and duplex experiments in a 96-well format. The high average temperature ramp rate allows for a short run time. The solid-state optical technology individually illuminates and detects fluorescence from each well with high sensitivity and no cross talk.
At ANTEC, users can spin down PCR plates before performing the analysis on the CFX-Connect.
