Analytical bioNanoTechnology Equipment Core (ANTEC)
Current COVID-19 Operations
ANTEC is open to equipment reservations through NUCore; walk-ins are permitted for the Chicago location. Users are requested to reserve the equipment and the space around it in order to maintain social distancing. Up to three individuals can use the lab space at a time at the Chicago location. Only one person at a time can use the Nanosight space in Evanston, and reservations are required.
ANTEC training and assistance is available via Zoom. Training videos and detailed user guides are also available. For training requests and assistance with equipment, please use NUCore or contact ANTEC staff.
Please review ANTEC's Return to Research Policy for details, including rules and regulations on equipment reservations, maintaining social distancing, sanitizing workspaces and instruments, and wearing personal protective equipment.
About the Core
ANTEC serves Northwestern University researchers and is open to visiting scientists and local industry researchers. Equipment in the core is self-service and training is required. To start using ANTEC, you must open a NUCore account.
